Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of PitSavvy (www.pitsavvy.com). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use PitSavvy. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Educational use only. Not investment advice
PitSavvy provides financial data, statistics, models, backtests and analysis tools for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the site, including model results, forecasts, rankings, volatility ranges, symmetry projections, AI assistant replies and emails, is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or financial, tax or legal advice. PitSavvy is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.
Backtests and models describe what would have happened under stated assumptions; past results don't guarantee future results, and markets can lose you money. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions. Consult a qualified professional before making them. You acknowledged this when you registered.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to purchase a membership, and you must give accurate information.
- You can register with an email address and password, or sign in with Google or Apple. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Don't share your login or let others use your membership.
3. Membership and billing
- Some features (the backtest models and members' tools) require a paid membership, currently $200/year, billed once a year through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Memberships renew automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel. If the price changes, we'll tell you before your next renewal.
- Cancel anytime using Manage Billing in your account menu. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep member access until the end of the year you've paid for.
- Membership fees are not refunded for unused parts of a membership year, except where the law requires otherwise. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us and we'll look into it.
- If a payment fails, member access may be paused until it's resolved.
4. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the site's data, or use bots to access it, beyond the exports we provide to members for their own use;
- resell, redistribute or republish PitSavvy data, model output or content, or use it to build a competing service;
- try to get around membership restrictions, rate limits or security measures, or access other users' accounts;
- overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Data and accuracy
Market data comes from third-party providers and public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Calculations depend on that data and on modeling assumptions. We work to keep things accurate but provide the site and all content "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. The AI assistant can make mistakes; check anything that matters.
6. Our content
The site's software, design, text, models and compilations of data belong to PitSavvy or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use them for your own education and research while your account is in good standing. Underlying market data may be subject to its providers' own terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PitSavvy is not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes and ending the service
We may change, add or remove features, and may update these terms. For material changes we'll post the new version here with a new effective date and, for members, give notice by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. You can stop using PitSavvy and close your account at any time by contacting us. If we ever shut down a paid service, we'll refund the unused portion of your membership.
